Continuing professional development is vital in keeping our passion and clarity alive and we believe that each event can be fun, inspiring and nourishing!

The Kairos Encounter Centre works with people passionate about bringing the Relational Paradigm to their clients and community. We open opportunities every year for people to come together to learn, explore and replenish themselves in a friendly and intimate atmosphere.  Together we gather around some intriguing subjects and invite our joint wisdom into the space. These are wonderful opportunities to gather with the varied community of practice and connect with people who are as passionate as you are about their work. Deepening coaching skills and personal development are equally important.
