I guide couples facing the many different thresholds that can emerge in these times in intimate relationships. Over the 3 days of The Threshold Experience you will find a new way to reconnect so you can have those important conversations needed to honour whatever threshold you find yourselves facing. You learn how to make space for your differences, learning the skills of deeply listening to the other and generously hosting another in your world - and really hear each other, finding the deep inner logic behind your longings and your conflicts.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a fix-it workshop.
It’s a guided pause - a space to breathe, listen, and reconnect in ways that go deeper than conversation.

MY APPROACH
Having worked with couples in the more traditional sessions and in day sessions, I began to realise that longer day sessions offer the opportunity for real, transformative, before-and-after change. As a result of this, I now offer only the 3 day ‘Threshold Experience’ to couples wanting to make sense of how they got to the place they find themselves in and who want real change. Through the ‘Threshold Experience’ over 3 days, I help couples learn how to reconnect after conflict and misunderstandings, so they can have those important conversations about the past and the future.

TRAINING AND COUPLES
Sacred Circle
Sacred Circles have been a place of powerful gathering since time began and today a Women’s Medicine Circle’ offers that experience over a 6-week period, allowing you to explore, grow and emerge more powerfully as who you were born to be. Twice a year, within a small ,intimate group of up to 8 women, meeting once a week, we will experience together interactive sessions of teaching, experiences, tools and ceremonies, as we learn how to take our place more powerfully and lovingly in the world.
Intuitive Guidance
Intuitive Guiding is for men and women who are looking for a space to hear their own wisdom emerge supported by my own intuitive guidance. Such a session with me is designed to help you tune into your own higher wisdom that lies within all of us if we just know how to access it. Working together like this, you will notice subtle resonances that will help you know how to take the next courageous step.
Love consists in this, that two solitudes protect and touch and greet each other.
