GET TO KNOW ME

Trained in both South Africa and England, I have lived and worked in the UK since 2002 and run a private practice as well as presenting at trainings and conferences in the UK, Holland, USA, Namibia, Sweden and South Africa.

Having worked with couples from all over the world for many years now, I am convinced that working in day long experiences rather than sessions, gives couples the best opportunity to experience and integrate deep, effective transformative change
I opened the Kairos Encounter Centre (Kairos meaning a supreme opportunity for good), an institute devoted to helping professions using core concepts Encounter-centred Couples Transformation, developed by Hedy Schleifer, integrated into my own rich legacy of learnings.

Happily relocated to Melksham Wiltshire, my home office in the Annexe of Challeymead House is a welcoming and private space. Both couples and individuals love the slower pace of the area and environment, which supports beautifully the deep quality of the work they long to do. The nearby famous town of Bath and it's surroundings are half an hour by car with great bus services into this beautiful town.

My own life includes 5 children, 2 stepchildren and 14 grandchildren - and all the challenges that being in a large, dispersed family offers! Having experienced both committed relationships totalling 46 years and the pain of divorce, everything I teach and guide people into has been road tested in my own relationships. I also open a space for spiritual development through the Women’s Medicine Circle and Intuitive Guiding sessions.
