Autumn Gathering 2024 - Grounding and Flowing in the midst of huge change!

As over 40 countries world wide go to the polls in these months, never before have we seen such unsettling rapid changes on the world stage! This true to form is helping us all understand at ever-deepening levels how connected we all are as we surf the waves of change moving through our lives both individually and cosmically.

How do we surf rather than sink?

We are being asked to deepen our abilities to ground ourselves and ground fast and well, so that we may become an island of many, flexible and stable. In this Gathering we will be looking at all the ways we can ‘ground fast and well’ and how to offer that to whatever people we are working with supporting.

Join us for 2 interactive, consecutive mornings in October……. for an inspiring time of inspiration, thought-provoking expansion and fun together. 

We will share how we uniquely ‘ground fast and well’and explore how to offer this vital skill to others in our work and life.

We will adventure in the fields of:

• How to do active meditation.
• The importance of working somatically with over-aroused nervous systems.
• Looking at the way our and our clients cosmology shapes the working space.
